Job Summary:
Dutch and Company Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Engineer of the Ghanaian nationality who is proficient in both French and English. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business and securing projects from clients based in Ghana and the West African Subregion.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
– Identify and target potential clients within Ghana and the West African Subregion.
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
– Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends within the industry.
– Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients in both French and English.
– Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
– Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
– Provide technical support and consultation to clients, ensuring their needs are addressed.
– Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar sales role.
– Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
– Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Willingness to travel within Ghana and the West African Subregion.
– Knowledge of the industrial or engineering sector in West Africa is a plus.
