On 31st October 2023, Dutch & Co. completed a 506 kWp Solar PV System for MTN Ghana at the Sakaman Switch in Accra. Utilizing Jinko’s Tiger Pro modules with a 550 power class, Huawei Sun2000 KTL50 inverters and Esdec mounting structures, the system will help MTN Ghana achieve one of its “Road to Zero” promises – installing a solar PV system on one of their buildings.
Commenting on the development, Dutch & Co’s General Manager, Mr Herbert Friese said, “We have completed solar energy projects for MTN Ghana before, therefore we were delighted to be able to install another significant project for them that will produce clean, stable, affordable and green electricity for the company. These high quality solar PV panels will decrease the opex of MTN Ghana whilst reducing their carbon footprint.”
