Dutch & Co participated in the West Africa Energy Cooperation Summit (WAECS 2024) held in Lomé, Togo from December 2-5, 2024!
As a proud representative of Ghana’s energy sector, Dutch & Co engaged with regional stakeholders, policymakers, and industry experts to discuss the future of energy in West Africa.
The summit underscored the vital role of solar and renewable energy, as well as energy efficiency, in achieving regional energy integration. We’re committed to driving this vision forward, leveraging our expertise to support Ghana’s leadership in the region’s energy transition.
Ghana was well represented by William Amuna, former CEO of the Ghana Grid Company Ltd (GRIDCO) and Technical Coordinator for the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA), Mark Awuah Baah Corporate Strategy Director at Gridco, Alex Owusu-Ansah, Chief Regional Power Markets Expert, African Development Bank Group (AfDB), Kweku A.
